I filmed this recipe about 3 or 4 days after thanksgiving and I'm STILL thinking about this recipe today! I think the only other thing that this needs is a savory coconut dipping sauce of some sort and this would be absolutely perfect. Great utilization of leftovers and a wonderful way to think about dark turkey meat in a refreshing recipe. What other leftover inspired recipes would you like me to make?
