I'm not one to put fruit on steak, but this worked. Also, when you grow some of your own produce you can get a bit carried away with creativity because there's just that much inspiration in your backyard. A little addition of a sherry or red win gastrique would make this dish shine even more, but that'll be for another recipe! I hope you enjoyed the video and please drop a comment!
