Stracciatella has been a huge ingredient in our home the last month or two and it works so so well with flatbreads. I'm tempted to switch up the toppings next go around and maybe add some fresh greens and/or prosciutto, but the variations are endless. Definitely worth trying out and customizing it to your liking.
