No Returns or Exchanges at TigerDirect

Effective today, December 24 at 12 am ET, TigerDirect no longer accepts returns or exchanges for merchandise and all purchases will now be sold as "All Sales Final" items. Manufacturer's warranties will still apply, but you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Click here for assistance in obtaining contact information for manufacturers. It is unclear if this applies to purchases made at TigerDirect via eBay, as they have not updated the return policy on their eBay storefront.
